Silicone vs. Saline Implants

Choosing to get the body you’ve always wanted is a brave and important first step, but, as with any life-changing procedure, it really is only the first step. From there, you’ll have to make several smaller decisions which will also affect the outcome. However, each type of implant filling has its own advantages and drawbacks. In some cases, such as breast reconstruction after a mastectomy, you may only be able to use one form of implant, but, in most other cases, the choice is entirely yours.
